We want you to feel good in what you wear. Here's exactly how returns work at Liv Lou — please read before requesting one, especially since many of our pieces are handmade in small batches.

Our 30-day return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for Liv Lou store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment — approved returns are issued as store credit, which never expires.
What can be returned
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached. Returns that arrive worn, laundered, scented, or damaged cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you. Natural variation in our handmade crochet — slight differences in stitch, texture, or tone — is a feature of the craft, not a defect, and is not grounds for return.
Final sale (not returnable)
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased with a promotional discount
- Made-to-order or custom handmade pieces
- Gift cards
Return shipping & your label
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. When we approve your return we'll provide a return label for you to download and print, and the cost of return postage is yours. We recommend a trackable method — we can't issue credit for a return we never receive. The only exception is an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, which we'll cover (see below).
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
How to start a return
Email contact@shoplivlou.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions and your return label.
Refund processing time
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your store credit (or process your exchange) within 5 business days, and email you when it's done. Liv Lou store credit never expires.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@shoplivlou.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping.

This policy is our standard. We're a small, people-first brand — if something's gone wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to take care of you.
