Products, pricing & availability
We do our best to display our products, colors, and prices accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly, and our handmade pieces vary naturally. All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.
Shipping, returns & payment
Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy, and returns by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; by placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, photography, designs, and text — belongs to Liv Lou or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.
