Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our crochet pieces are handmade, some items may need a little extra handling time — if so, we'll note it on the product page or let you know after you order.

United States shipping

• Standard: $8 — free on US orders over $75
• Express: $15
• Estimated delivery after processing: 3–7 business days (Standard), 2–3 business days (Express)

International shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and carrier (USPS, DHL, or FedEx), so you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Delivery times vary by location.

Duties & import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are the customer's responsibility, and are not collected by Liv Lou at checkout.
